All intellectual property rights in the software and solutions we develop remain our property until full payment is received, at which point they transfer to the client as per the agreed terms.

Sionix Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sikar, Rajasthan.
