2. Digital Services

For custom software development projects, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in the project agreement. Typically, milestone-based payments are non-refundable once the milestone is delivered and accepted.

3. Products

For our products like Sikarlive and CSLAB, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the product does not function as described.

4. Training Services

Training fees are refundable if cancellation is made 7 days before the start date. No refunds are issued after the training has commenced.
